Through this training, participants were given an opportunity to grow as leaders who will play a pivotal role in the rapidly changing administrative environment of the county government.

From September 11 to 12, Goryeong County conducted the "2025 Mid-Level Manager Leadership Training for Grade 6" in various locations in Seoul, supporting participants in strengthening their practical leadership skills through field-oriented education and diverse programs.

This training, under the theme of "Turning Point in Grade 6 Public Service Life (Field Edition)," was designed to enhance the communication skills of mid-level managers and help them grow as key leaders in the county government amid a rapidly changing administrative environment.

Instructor Kim Jeongdae delivered a special lecture focusing on essential competencies that mid-level managers must possess, such as conflict management within the organization, efficient work coordination, and future-oriented leadership.

During the subsequent communication meeting with the county governor, Governor Lee Namcheol attended in person, sharing experiences and leadership cases gained in the field of administration, and engaging in in-depth conversations with the trainees.

On this day, participants had the meaningful opportunity to directly present the difficulties they face in frontline departments, freely exchange suggestions for the development of county administration, and seek practical solutions together.

Goryeong County expects that this training will serve as an opportunity for grade 6 mid-level managers to redefine their roles as key leaders within the organization and to establish themselves as managers who combine both practical skills and leadership.

Governor Lee Namcheol emphasized, "Grade 6 managers are practical leaders who serve as the backbone of county administration, working closest to the residents and implementing policies on the ground," adding, "I hope this training will not only enhance capabilities but also serve as a turning point that leads the organization toward innovation."

Participants shared their thoughts, saying, "It was a meaningful time to learn practical leadership strategies that can be applied immediately in the field and to broaden our perspectives by experiencing case studies from other local governments and cultural content."

Goryeong County plans to continue expanding customized training and field-oriented programs for mid-level managers, striving to nurture talented individuals responsible for the future of county administration.
