Marketers to Be Hired for 13 Countries Until October 12
Overseas Sales Accounted for 75% in the First Half of This Year
APR announced on the 16th through its recruitment website that it has begun hiring entry-level candidates for the position of 'Global Beauty Marketer.'
According to APR, this recruitment drive is in response to the expansion of its beauty business, including brands such as 'Medicube,' which have rapidly increased sales and brand recognition in overseas markets on the back of the global popularity of K-beauty. As of the first half of this year, overseas sales accounted for 75% (443.8 billion won) of APR's total revenue. Accordingly, the company has planned this recruitment to secure outstanding talent suitable for the global market, with the aim of expanding business in each country and strengthening brand competitiveness.

The positions being recruited for in the beauty business division are: Online Merchandiser, Influencer Marketing (PR), and Content Marketing. APR will select marketers for a total of 13 countries across Asia, North America, the Middle East, and Europe. The company plans to hire talent who will be responsible for a wide range of activities necessary for establishing a presence in local markets, including trend analysis, sales strategy development, and customized marketing.
The recruitment process consists of document screening, interviews, and an assignment evaluation. All applicants must be proficient in the language of the country they are applying for, at a business communication level or higher. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to convert to full-time positions after completing a three-month internship starting in November. Applications will be accepted until the 12th of next month through the APR recruitment website.
APR will also hold a recruitment information session in collaboration with the hiring platform company 'Catch.' The information session will be held once online and twice offline. The online session will feature APR's recruitment manager introducing the company's ideal candidate profile and the recruitment process, with a real-time Q&A session available to participants. The offline sessions will provide opportunities for job mentoring with current APR marketing professionals. Participation in the sessions requires pre-registration through the Catch website.
