Yoon Hoonsoo, CEO of Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers, announced on the 16th that he received the Prime Minister's Commendation at the '2025 Job Creation Support Government Commendation' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
This award is presented to business leaders who have contributed to the creation of quality jobs and employment stability. CEO Yoon was recognized for his efforts to expand employment opportunities for vulnerable groups, including young people and people with disabilities.

Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers increased its youth employment by 12.3% in one year, from 406 employees in 2023 to 455 in 2024. Employment of people with disabilities also rose by 8.5%, from 59 in 2023 to 64 in 2024.
In particular, through its subsidiary, Samil Haengbok Nanum, a standard workplace for people with disabilities, the company has led the way in creating stable jobs for vulnerable groups by employing 57 people with disabilities.
In addition, Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers operates various flexible work arrangements, such as remote work, telecommuting, and flexible working hours. The company was selected as a 'Top Job Creation Company in Korea' for two consecutive years from 2023 to 2024, and as an 'Excellent Work-Life Balance Company' in 2024. As the first accounting firm to hold a CEO meeting for pregnant employees and provide 'care vitamins' during pregnancy, the company is also committed to enhancing employee welfare.
