"Hop on K-Beauty"... Cosmax Group Announces Open Recruitment for New Employees in Second Half of Year

Applications Accepted on Recruitment Website Until the 29th

Cosmax Group, a cosmetics ODM (research, development, and production) company, announced on the 16th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new employees in the second half of this year. Applications can be submitted through the Cosmax Group recruitment website until 4:00 p.m. on the 29th.

This recruitment involves major affiliates of the group, including the holding company Cosmax BTI, Cosmax, and Cosmax Pet. The positions available are centered on R&I (Research & Innovation) and include marketing (sales), overseas sales, strategic marketing, IT, global business, business management, and IR.

Eligible applicants are graduates of four-year universities (including graduate schools) or those expected to graduate by February 2026. The selection process consists of document screening, an online AI competency assessment and practical interview, a final interview, and a pre-employment medical checkup. The expected start date is the end of December.

This year, Cosmax Group added a “Job Introduction” section to its recruitment website. Under this, a new “People” menu has been established, where visitors can access vlogs from current employees and interview tips videos featured on Cosmax’s official Instagram, all in one place. The “Job Interview” section features monthly interview-style content introducing the detailed work and required competencies of employees from key departments.

In addition, both online and in-person job consultation sessions are planned. On the 18th and 25th, in-person job consultations with current employees will be held at major domestic universities and at the Catch Cafe Sinchon branch.
