On September 16, Gwangju and the Jeonnam region are expected to experience cloudy weather throughout the day, with showers occurring in various areas.

According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration, the region will initially be on the edge of a high-pressure system moving eastward over the East Sea, but from nighttime, it will come under the influence of a trough moving eastward near the Shandong Peninsula. The expected rainfall is between 5 and 40 millimeters.

The morning low is forecast to be between 22 and 24 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high is expected to range from 29 to 32 degrees Celsius. The concentration of ultrafine dust is expected to remain at a 'good' level.

An official from the Meteorological Administration advised, "In areas where it is raining, visibility may be reduced and roads may be slippery, so please pay attention to traffic safety."
