DK Asia Royal Park City II to Open Pure White Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road on September 20 On September 20, Shingemdan Royal Park City II will open the 'Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road,' the largest event in the country where you can enjoy buckwheat flowers and yellow soil paths together in the city for the first time nationwide.

DK Asia announced that it will open the 'Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road' at Shingemdan Royal Park City II, introducing Incheon's premier hotspot where visitors can enjoy a premium resort lifestyle, healthy relaxation, and daily healing in the heart of the city. The opening celebration for the Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road will take place from September 20 to October 31, and on September 27, a special concert for the '2025 Royal Garden Festival,' Incheon's signature cultural event, will be held to commemorate the opening. During the festival period, visitors will be able to create unforgettable memories and special moments on autumn nights, enjoying a variety of cultural and artistic programs such as barefoot walking on the yellow soil path, a royal train tour, and fireworks amidst the fully bloomed buckwheat flower landscape.

The Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road, specially created for this event, covers approximately 138,000 square meters (40,000 pyeong), making it the largest in the country and the first in Korea to combine buckwheat flowers and a yellow soil path. The pure white buckwheat flowers are expected to be in full bloom through October. The flower language of buckwheat is 'a promise of love between lovers,' symbolizing pure and clean love as well as new beginnings. Amid the expansive buckwheat flower scenery, visitors can reflect on the meaning of love and promises, while experiencing healthy relaxation, daily healing, and creating special memories and moving moments.

The Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road features five courses-Course A, B, C, D, and E-spanning a total length of 4.5 kilometers, which exceeds ten-ri (4.0 km), and offers diverse paths and landscapes. The yellow soil path has been specially designed with high permeability to provide comfort with every step. As a result, even after rain, the yellow soil does not stick to bare feet, allowing for a pleasant walking experience, while visitors can enjoy the unique warm and cozy texture of the yellow soil and experience true healing in nature.

In particular, the site features the largest and most beautiful foot-washing station in Korea, accommodating over 30 people at once, providing families, neighbors, friends, and couples with a special healing moment to relax after walking the yellow soil path.

Additionally, along Course E, 1,500 maple trees will be planted alongside the buckwheat flowers to create a maple tunnel, offering visitors an unforgettable experience even after the Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road festival ends. Notably, 80% of all trees planted are evergreens such as Red Tip Photinia, Round Boxwood, Round Golden Boxwood, Blue Angel, Juniper, and Japanese Boxwood, ensuring greenery is maintained throughout winter and providing a landscape that can be enjoyed in all four seasons-spring, summer, autumn, and winter.

To commemorate the opening of the Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road, the '2025 Royal Garden Festival' special concert, hosted and organized by OBS and sponsored by DK Asia, will be held on September 27 as Incheon's representative cultural event. The festival will kick off with a grand traditional drum performance, followed by a stage by master singer Oh Jung-hae, spectacular fireworks, and performances by various artists including popera singer Arihyun, singer-songwriter Cho Jungmin, female ballad singer Wax, and original flower boy singer Kim Wonjun, offering a rich program of performances.

During the festival period, every Saturday at the Royal Park City Flower Garden, visitors can enjoy a variety of performances and a free game zone, as well as participate in the royal train tour, barefoot walking on the yellow soil path, SNS photo events, and explore diverse food zones. At Royal Park City, where a premium resort lifestyle enables healthy relaxation and daily healing, families, couples, friends, and neighbors can enjoy special memories and the romance of autumn nights together.

Kim Jungmo, Chairman of DK Asia, stated, "Through the first 'Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road,' the first in Korea to combine buckwheat flowers and a yellow soil path, we will develop Royal Park City into Incheon's top healing hotspot that can be enjoyed in the heart of the city." He added, "DK Asia will create an even more impressive experience by establishing the nation's largest and longest 'Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Thirty-ri Road,' spanning 12 kilometers, and a maple tunnel through the green spaces of the second phase (1,102,000 square meters, 330,000 pyeong) Royal Park City III and the third phase (506,000 square meters, 150,000 pyeong) Royal Park City V."

He continued, "DK Asia will establish the Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road and the Royal Garden Festival as Incheon's representative cultural events. The true value of Royal Park City, Korea's first premium resort city, lies in the ability to naturally enjoy these experiences in spaces right outside one's home, without the need to travel far. Residents of Royal Park City, known as Royal Park Citizens, will be able to enjoy a healthy, healing lifestyle through a premium resort experience."

DK Asia Royal Park City II to Open Pure White Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road on September 20 Starting from September 20, the largest 'Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Yellow Soil Ten-ri Road' in South Korea will open in downtown Incheon, featuring various events such as a royal train tour, barefoot walking on the yellow soil path, and fireworks during the event period.
