Korea Investment Savings Bank announced that it has renewed its deposit and loan product names by adding "ACE" to them.
The main goal of this ACE product name renewal is to increase product recognition and allow customers to experience a more intuitive and consistent brand image. In addition, the system has been improved so that customers can easily and intuitively subscribe to products and use services through the mobile web and the dedicated "KEY Bank" app.
An official from Korea Investment Savings Bank stated, "'ACE' is a term used in sports to praise the best player. For Korea Investment Savings Bank, 'ACE' stands for 'Accelerate Client Experience,' reflecting our commitment to getting closer to our customers and providing faster and enhanced financial services."
The official added, "Our deposit products (Hantoo ACE Fixed Deposit, Hantoo ACE Installment Savings) and loan products (Hantoo ACE Credit Loan, Hantoo ACE Secured Loan) have been consistently popular since their launch. This renewal is intended to help customers understand and use our products and services more easily," and continued, "We will continue to improve our services with a focus on customer convenience in the future."
