Laying the Foundation for Familiar and Proactive Use of Artificial Intelligence
Daejeon Technopark has conducted training focused on establishing a foundation for its executives and employees to become familiar with and proactively utilize artificial intelligence.
In particular, this is seen as a proactive initiative to efficiently integrate artificial intelligence into Daejeon's six major strategic industries (ABCD+QR), in line with the government's AI Transformation (AX) policy.
From September 8 to 12, Daejeon Technopark provided all employees with the latest AX trends and analytics training to strengthen their AI utilization capabilities.
The training was organized as a step-by-step, practical, and customized program, consisting of a basic course (September 8-11) and an advanced course (September 12), to help employees adapt to the rapidly changing AI environment and enhance work efficiency.
In particular, the program explored ways to converge AI with Daejeon's six major strategic industries (ABCD+QR), with each department examining innovation strategies by industry and the practical applicability of AI.
Daejeon Technopark plans to expand tailored advanced training by job function and level, foster in-house AI experts, and introduce team-based AI implementation plans. Through these efforts, the organization aims to identify and share outstanding use cases between departments and accelerate AI-driven innovation.
Kim Wooyeon, President of Daejeon Technopark, stated, "This training focused on establishing a foundation for our executives and employees to become familiar with and proactively utilize artificial intelligence." He added, "We will continue to provide ongoing support so that the training does not remain a one-time event, but instead enables the innovative use of AI in fostering Daejeon's six major strategic industries and discovering new business opportunities."
