Gwangju Urban Corporation to Re-offer Remaining Units at Seonun District Dasaroum

Applications Open for 20 Units
Available in 49m² and 76m² Sizes

Gwangju Urban Corporation to Re-offer Remaining Units at Seonun District Dasaroum Gwangju Urban Corporation building.

Gwangju Urban Corporation (President Kim Seungnam) announced on September 14 that it will re-offer 20 remaining units for sale, which were left unsold after the general sale of vacant units during the conversion period of the Seonun District Dasaroum 10-Year Public Rental Housing.

These available units are the remaining ones after the general sale of 28 vacant units in June. Applications can be submitted through the Korea Real Estate Board’s Cheongyak Home platform. For units with an exclusive area of 76 square meters, applications will be accepted from September 22 to 24 through a non-priority (post) recruitment process. For 49 square meter units, which did not meet the competition rate in the previous announcement, applications will be accepted from September 24 to 26 through a discretionary supply method.

The available units consist of 16 units with an exclusive area of 49 square meters (sale price: 190.4 million won) and 4 units with an exclusive area of 76 square meters (sale price: 276.5 million won). This complex is an existing residential complex with well-established surrounding infrastructure, and the sale prices are lower than the market rates. Residents will take over the units as-is after the previous tenants vacate.

Eligibility to apply is open to adult members of households without home ownership who reside in either Gwangju or Jeollanam-do, regardless of whether they are subscribed to a housing subscription savings account or a comprehensive housing subscription savings account.

The recruitment notice for residents can be found on the Gwangju Urban Corporation website and the Korea Real Estate Board’s Cheongyak Home platform. For more details, please contact the corporation’s rental housing call center.
