On September 13, Lotte Construction announced that it will install works by world-renowned artists at "Cheongdam Le El," a luxury apartment complex in the Gangnam area of Seoul. Residents will be able to view the installations firsthand during the pre-inspection period from September 13 to 15.

This project is being carried out in collaboration with the Lotte Foundation for Arts. Lotte Construction aims to go beyond simply providing residential space by introducing the concept of "Silent Luxury," delivering understated sophistication and artistic sensibility to the residents.

In the central plaza, the artwork "High Love" by Spanish designer Jaime Hayon will be installed. Hayon is known for breaking down the boundaries between art, decoration, and design, and has collaborated with global brands such as Louis Vuitton and Fritz Hansen. He has also held exhibitions at the Design Museum in London and the Museum of Arts and Design in New York, earning international acclaim.

"High Love" symbolizes the precious values gained in life and the beauty of the journey. The long arms of a bird, representing freedom, stretch toward the sky, embodying the joy of achievement and the effort involved. This marks the first time Hayon has presented his work in a Korean apartment complex, and he personally visited the site in April to show his interest in the project.

In another area, the Reflection Garden, the media art group Silo Lab's work "Stardust" will be featured. Silo Lab is a group that encompasses engineering, design, and media art, and has continued to create works that evoke the senses and memories through the shimmering interplay of water and light.

This installation, inspired by starlight pouring from the night sky, features illuminated objects that are reflected in a "mirror pond," enhancing the visual effect. Lotte Construction has not limited the project to art installations alone but has also arranged the surrounding landscaping, a tea house, and waterfront spaces, allowing residents to experience both nature and art simultaneously.

A representative from Lotte Construction stated, "Just as Lotte's vision is to be a 'Lifetime Value Creator,' we aim to make our apartments not just buildings but spaces that hold lifelong value. We will continue to enrich our customers' lives through everyday encounters with art and further enhance the value of our premium residential brand."
