A total of 130 top KPGA players, including Gumi native Jung Chanmin, will compete in a fierce battle for a total prize pool of 1 billion won (with 200 million won awarded to the winner). The tournament will be played in a four-round, 72-hole stroke play format on a course with adjusted difficulty.

During the event, a gallery-exclusive parking lot with a capacity of about 1,500 vehicles will be operated in the Donggok-ri area of Sandong-eup (in front of the LG BCM factory). Visitors can take a shuttle bus from the gallery parking lot to the tournament venue.

Additionally, on September 20 and 21, a shuttle bus will circulate through nearby apartment complexes to provide convenience for local residents.

Kim Jangho, Mayor of Gumi, stated, "We expect around 20,000 gallery visitors to come to Gumi for this tournament, which will greatly contribute to revitalizing the local economy and tourism. Gumi City will spare no effort to ensure that the tournament proceeds smoothly and successfully."
