GS Engineering & Construction announced on September 12 that it will begin sales of "Suji Xi Edition" in Pungdeokcheon-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin, Gyeonggi Province next month.
Suji Xi Edition consists of six buildings ranging from three basement levels to 25 floors above ground. The complex will offer a total of 480 units, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 square meters to 152 square meters P. The general sales breakdown by type is as follows: 107 units of 84㎡A, 38 units of 84㎡B, 224 units of 84㎡C, 70 units of 84㎡D, 39 units of 120㎡A, 1 unit of 144㎡P, and 1 unit of 152㎡P.
Suji Xi Edition is located within walking distance of Dongcheon Station and Suji-gu Office Station on the Shinbundang Line. The area offers excellent accessibility to Pangyo and Gangnam, with just three stops from Dongcheon Station to Pangyo Station and seven stops to Gangnam Station.
The educational environment is also outstanding. Pungdeok Elementary School, Suji Middle School, Suji High School, and Jukjeon High School are all located near the complex. In addition, the dense cluster of private educational institutes around Suji-gu Office Station provides excellent educational opportunities.
The living infrastructure is also considered robust.
