A fire broke out near the Sangam Intersection in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, at around 5:20 a.m. on September 12, 2025, leading to traffic being restricted in the area.
The fire department responded to the report and completed the firefighting operation. There were no casualties caused by the fire.
The Mapo District Office sent a safety alert, advising, "Both directions of World Cup Buk-ro and Jeungsan-ro at Sangam Intersection are currently under traffic control, so please use alternative routes."
