The Korea Association of News Editors (President Kim Changhwan) announced on the 11th that it had selected eight pieces as winners of the 287th Monthly Editing Awards, including the online category. Other winners include Kim Hyeonggi, Head of Gangwon Ilbo in the General Category for "Binada, Binada: A Desperate Cry," Han Sujin, Head of Economy and Society at E-Today for "Trump Driven by Greed, BRICS Growing Closer Over Money," and in the Special Category for the 80th Anniversary of Liberation, Cho Namwon, Editor-in-Chief, and Kim Hyeonggi, Head of Gangwon Ilbo for "Regaining the Stolen Smile: Liberation After 80 Years."
