According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the expected rainfall for September 12-13 is as follows: 50 to 100 mm in southern Gyeonggi Province (with over 150 mm in some areas), 30 to 80 mm in Seoul, Incheon, and northern Gyeonggi Province (with over 100 mm in some areas), 20 to 60 mm in the five West Sea islands (with over 100 mm in some areas), and 50 to 100 mm in the Chungcheong region, including Daejeon, Sejong, South Chungcheong, and North Chungcheong Provinces (with over 150 mm in some parts of South Chungcheong and over 120 mm in northern North Chungcheong), 30 to 80 mm in Busan, Ulsan, South Gyeongsang Province, central and northern North Gyeongsang Province, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo (with over 100 mm in the northeastern mountainous areas of North Gyeongsang), and 30 to 80 mm in Jeju Island (with over 120 mm in some areas).

The highest daytime temperatures are forecast to range from 24 to 28 degrees Celsius. As of 5 a.m., the current temperatures are as follows: Seoul 23.1 degrees, Incheon 23.8 degrees, Suwon 22.7 degrees, Chuncheon 18.7 degrees, Gangneung 20.9 degrees, Cheongju 23.0 degrees, Daejeon 22.1 degrees, Jeonju 22.3 degrees, Gwangju 22.5 degrees, Jeju 24.7 degrees, Daegu 21.6 degrees, Busan 24.4 degrees, Ulsan 23.5 degrees, and Changwon 23.3 degrees.

The fine dust concentration is expected to remain at a 'good' level across all regions, due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the effects of rainfall.

Wave heights at sea will range from 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East and South Seas near the coast, and from 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea near the coast. In the offshore areas (within about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights will be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
