Samsung Electronics has ranked first in the TV category for the second consecutive year in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey. The company also received the highest scores in the home appliances and vacuum cleaner categories, demonstrating strong overall performance in consumer satisfaction.
According to the 2025 survey results released by ACSI on September 11, Samsung Electronics achieved the highest score of 83 points in the TV category. LG Electronics and TCL shared second place with 81 points each, while Sony followed with 80 points.
ACSI stated, "Samsung is an industry leader, spearheading advanced technology and setting the standard in the premium high-end product segment." Samsung Electronics also tied for first place in the home appliance category alongside Whirlpool, improving its ranking from third place last year and fourth place in 2023.
In the newly established vacuum cleaner category this year, Samsung Electronics also secured the top spot. The company was recognized as the "most recommended brand by consumers" due to its innovative features, durability, design, and customer support services.
Samsung Electronics had previously ranked first in the smartphone and smartwatch categories of the ACSI survey announced in May 2025.
ACSI is the most authoritative consumer satisfaction survey organization in the United States. Each year, it collects and evaluates the opinions of approximately 200,000 consumers, covering over 40 industries-including automobiles, hotels, airlines, and telecommunications-10 economic sectors, and more than 400 companies.
