Same Salary and Benefits as Full-Time Employees

Nexon Company announced on September 10 that it is accepting applications for the 2025 recruitment-type internship program, "NexTorial," until 5 p.m. on September 15. NexTorial is an internship program that helps participants grow through six months of training and practical work experience, and offers an opportunity for full-time employment.


According to Nexon Company, NexTorial provides interns with the same salary and benefits as new full-time employees, allowing participants to gain hands-on experience in a stable environment.

Nexon Company operates a four-step onboarding program-pre-onboarding, introductory training, job-specific training, and the Nexon Forum-to help new hires gradually become familiar with the company culture and work processes while developing their practical skills.


The pre-onboarding stage allows new hires to build connections with their peers through online education and communication programs before joining the company, and to learn about Nexon's culture in advance through messages from current employees and various content.


During the first week, new hires participate in introductory training, followed by customized job-specific training for each department. New hires work with mentors from the field to set learning goals and improve their job understanding and practical skills through hands-on work. They also learn about the company culture through the "Nexon Forum," an in-house culture and arts experience program.


Another feature of the internship is that interns receive the same treatment as full-time employees during the program. They are paid the same starting salary as new hires and receive the same benefits as regular employees.


Meanwhile, Nexon Company operates a "Refresh Vacation System" to support employees' rest and rejuvenation. Employees receive 15 days of vacation and a 5 million won vacation allowance every three years of service. Welfare points worth 3.6 million won per year are distributed quarterly. Additional benefits include monthly Nexon Cash, support for in-house club and study group activities, and access to company-owned resorts.


Welfare programs for families are also in place. These include family care leave, in-house loans for housing and wedding preparations, support for childbirth and childcare, family event support, and holiday gifts.


The company also promotes a horizontal work culture, such as using the honorific "Nim" regardless of position. With a flexible working hours system, employees can freely adjust their start and end times as long as they observe the core working hours set by each team.
