This training is a mandatory legal education under the Licensed Real Estate Agent Act. It was organized to strengthen the practical capabilities of real estate agents and establish a sound order in real estate transactions amid rapidly changing real estate regulations and tighter lending restrictions.

During the training, a professional instructor covered topics such as the prevention of real estate transaction accidents, practical brokerage work, and real estate taxation-focusing on content that can be immediately applied in the field. The program received a particularly positive response for its customized lectures centered on recent legal amendments and real-world case studies.

Baek Kyunghyun, Mayor of Guri City, said, "I would like to express my gratitude to the licensed real estate agents who quietly do their best despite challenging circumstances. Together with over 1,000 city officials, we will do our utmost to ensure that all 190,000 Guri residents can enjoy a happy and stable living environment."

Meanwhile, those who do not complete the training may be subject to a fine of up to 1 million won. The city plans to actively encourage participation in the training until the end of the year. In addition, Guri City will continue to improve its educational programs to further enhance the professionalism of real estate agents and foster a trustworthy real estate brokerage culture.
