On September 9, Gangseo District in Seoul (Mayor Jin Kyohun) held the "Anti-Corruption and Integrity Golden Bell with the Mayor" at the Gangseo Community Center. The event was designed not only as a training session but also to encourage voluntary participation from employees and to strengthen awareness of integrity through direct communication with the mayor.

More than 600 people attended the event, ranging from new employees to senior officials. Mayor Jin Kyohun took the stage and engaged in an "Integrity Communication Talk" with employees, freely sharing opinions on topics related to organizational culture and integrity that were selected through mobile voting.
When asked about the "on-time departure culture," the most relatable response was, "I do care a little, but I still leave work on time." Reflecting on his own experience, Mayor Jin commented, "This is a truly positive change," adding, "In the past, it was common to leave work after 10 p.m., but looking back now, I wonder why that was the case."
In response to a question about the "most ideal leader," he answered, "Someone who communicates horizontally and strives to enhance the capabilities of employees." The subsequent Q&A covered everyday topics such as MBTI personality tests, vacation plans, standards of happiness, and recommended restaurants, allowing for candid conversations with employees.
During the following integrity training session, Han Yuna, a professional instructor in integrity education, explained the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, and the Code of Conduct for Public Officials, using real-life examples.
The highlight of the event was the "Anti-Corruption and Integrity Golden Bell" program. Employees participated in real-time quizzes using their personal mobile phones, naturally learning about laws and knowledge related to integrity.
Mayor Jin Kyohun emphasized, "As public officials, performing our duties with integrity and diligence is a fundamental calling," adding, "On a personal note, I hope each employee will also make efforts to find their own happiness."
