From CheilJedang to Olive Young... CJ Group to Recruit New Employees for the Second Half of 2025

CJ Group announced on September 9 that it will begin recruiting new employees for the second half of 2025 starting from the 10th. Major affiliates participating in this recruitment include CJ CheilJedang, CJ Logistics, CJ ENM, CJ Olive Young, CJ Foodville, CJ Freshway, CJ OliveNetworks, CJ CGV, and CJ 4DPLEX.

Applications can be submitted online through the CJ Group recruitment website, with the deadline set for the 24th. After submitting their applications, candidates will first take an aptitude test. Based on the results of the application review and the test, selected candidates will proceed to each affiliate's recruitment process. CJ Group will select the final candidates through an organizational culture fit assessment and first and second interviews. Those who are ultimately selected will participate in the group orientation program held in Jeju Island in January next year.

In preparation for this recruitment, CJ Group has completely revamped its website. The new site is organized so that users can easily access key information such as the ideal candidate profile, organizational culture, and employee benefits. Customized recruitment content, including web dramas and job lectures, will also be provided through the official YouTube channels "CJ Newsroom" and "CJ Careers." The newly released web drama features actors and creators and tells the stories of new employees.

Meanwhile, in the recent "Employment Preference Survey for Domestic Listed Companies," CJ ENM ranked second and CJ CheilJedang ranked fifth, demonstrating high popularity among job seekers. In the first half of this year, CJ Group also ranked second as the "most desired group to work for," with CJ Olive Young taking the top spot among its affiliates.
