The "Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2" project, which attracted an impressive 13,000 visitors to its model home over just three days, will begin accepting first-priority subscription applications on Tuesday, September 9. This complex is part of "Cheonan I-Park City," the first and largest residential development of its kind in Cheonan, comprising over 6,000 units. The project has drawn significant attention not only in Cheonan but also throughout the neighboring Chungcheong region. As the second phase of the large-scale "I-Park Brand City," the development boasts an excellent location, strong product appeal, and favorable development prospects.
Visitors who toured the model home expressed high satisfaction with the site's prime location and future value. Park, a 42-year-old resident of Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, said, "Recently, the value of the Seongseong-dong and Budae-dong areas has been rising noticeably, so I became interested and visited after hearing about the new apartment launch. I especially like the lakeside location, and since Phase 2 benefits from proximity to a subway station and is the largest among the brand city projects, I am planning to apply."
In particular, the complex stands out for its proximity to a subway station. The tentative Buseong Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 is scheduled to open within walking distance, which will allow residents to travel directly to key areas in Seoul and the metropolitan area, such as Gasan Digital Complex and Seoul Station, without transfers once the station opens. In addition, Cheonan Station nearby is under review for extension of the GTX-C line, which is expected to further enhance regional transportation convenience and future value.
The educational environment is also outstanding. Newly planned kindergarten and elementary schools are located on the western side of the complex, allowing children to commute safely on foot. Oseong High School is also nearby and within walking distance, and Seongseong Middle School, Dujeong Middle School, and Dujeong High School are all close by. Furthermore, the Dujeong-dong private education district is located within a 2-kilometer radius, easing educational concerns for families with school-aged children.
The development also offers excellent conditions for work-life proximity. Residents will have easy commutes to a variety of industrial complexes, including Samsung SDI (Cheonan plant), Cheonan General Industrial Complex, Asan Smart Valley General Industrial Complex, Baekseok Agricultural Industrial Complex, Cheonan Distribution Complex, and Cheonan Majeong Machinery General Industrial Complex, ensuring a strong base of residential demand.
The complex is surrounded by pleasant natural environments and diverse lifestyle infrastructure. Residents can enjoy abundant green spaces such as Seongseong Lake Park-one of Cheonan's eight scenic spots-Notae Mountain, and Notae Neighborhood Park, providing a comfortable living environment and leisure opportunities. A range of lifestyle amenities, including Emart, Lotte Mart, Costco, and Shinsegae Department Store, are located nearby, and Dankook University Hospital is easily accessible.
The project offers excellent product features to match its large scale. All units are oriented to the south (southeast or southwest) to maximize natural light and ventilation, and some unit types feature open-plan living rooms for an even greater sense of openness. Thanks to the site's proximity to Seongseong Lake Park, some units will enjoy permanent views of the lake park. Spacious built-in closets and pantries provide ample storage, while the building's exterior will feature a curtain wall facade for a more luxurious appearance.
A variety of community facilities are also planned. There will be a sports zone with a fitness center, G.X. room, and screen golf for healthy living, as well as an education zone with a small library and study lounge for children. In addition, a guesthouse will be available for visitors' convenience, ensuring both comfort and prestige for residents.
Meanwhile, the subscription schedule for "Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2" begins with special supply applications on Monday, September 8, followed by first-priority applications on Tuesday, September 9, and second-priority applications on Wednesday, September 10. The announcement of successful applicants is scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, and official contract signing will take place over four days from Saturday, September 27 to Tuesday, September 30.
The model home for "Cheonan I-Park City Phase 2" is located in Jangjae-ri, Baebang-eup, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and move-in is scheduled for August 2028.
