[This Week's IPO] Demand Forecast and Subscription Schedule for the Second Week of September

In the second week of this month (September), Myungin Pharmaceutical will conduct a demand forecast targeting institutional investors. S2W is preparing for its public subscription for retail investors.

<Demand Forecast>

◆Myungin Pharmaceutical = Widely known for products such as Igatan and MaykinQ, Myungin Pharmaceutical was established in April 1985 and is a pharmaceutical company with the largest specialized portfolio in the field of central nervous system (CNS) therapeutics in Korea. Currently, the company has secured around 200 types of CNS therapeutics, among which 31 are standalone drugs, giving it the broadest lineup in the domestic market. Based on this, it has achieved the No. 1 position in the CNS sector for two consecutive years, maintaining its market leadership.

The company plans to offer a total of 3.4 million shares. The desired public offering price band is between 45,000 and 58,000 won per share, with the total offering amount ranging from 153 billion to 197.2 billion won. The demand forecast will be conducted from September 9 to 15, and the public subscription for retail investors will take place over two days, from September 18 to 19. KB Securities is serving as the lead underwriter.

◆S2W = S2W will offer a total of 1.58 million shares. The desired public offering price is between 11,400 and 13,200 won per share. The demand forecast for institutional investors will run until September 8, and the public subscription for retail investors will be held on September 10 and 11. Daishin Securities is the underwriter.
