Xiaomi, which has recently been targeting the South Korean market, will open additional offline stores in the country.
According to industry sources on September 5, Xiaomi Korea will open Xiaomi Stores this month in NC East Pole in Jayang-dong, Seoul, and in the One Grove shopping mall in Magok-dong, Seoul. This comes just three months after the company launched its first offline store in IFC Mall, Yeouido, Seoul, in June.
The stores will serve as integrated spaces for both product sales and after-sales service (AS). A representative from Xiaomi Korea stated, "We plan to welcome customers after opening the stores in mid-September."
The stores will showcase a wide range of products, including smartphones, tablet PCs, smartwatches, TVs, and vacuum cleaners, thereby enhancing accessibility for consumers.
Coinciding with the store openings, Xiaomi also plans to unveil its next-generation flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 16 Series, at the end of this month. Notably, the Xiaomi 16 Pro Max is expected to feature a high-capacity 7,500mAh battery and the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2nd generation chipset.
