On September 5, Oneul E&M announced that it has participated as the exclusive stadium antenna supplier for LA FC's home stadium, where Son Heungmin plays. Through its "U.S. Venue Project," which aims to sell specialized antennas suitable for large venues such as sports stadiums, concert halls, convention centers, and airports, Oneul E&M is strengthening its position in the global network infrastructure market.
In ultra-high-density traffic environments like stadiums and airports, 5G+ mmWave and C-Band networks are essential, leading to continuous investments in DAS and IBW infrastructure. The explosive demand for networks was demonstrated during the Super Bowl, where data usage reached 67.1TB.
Amid these market trends, Oneul E&M differentiates itself with specialized antenna solutions featuring technology that minimizes signal attenuation and interference, supports multiple bands and high output, and is designed for easy maintenance. In fact, at BMO Stadium, the company supplied dedicated 4G/5G stadium antennas, ensuring stable quality for tens of thousands of simultaneous users. The same antennas were also deployed at San Francisco International Airport, reliably meeting the network needs of countless travelers and demonstrating technological reliability. In addition, antennas have been supplied to multiple venues, including Honda Center in Anaheim, California; Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas, Texas; and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
The global distributed antenna system (DAS) market, which was valued at approximately $9.8 billion last year, is projected to grow at an average annual rate of 18.6% to reach $26.7 billion by 2030. The in-building wireless (IBW) market is also expected to expand from around $8.1 billion to $15.8 billion over the same period, with an average annual growth rate of 11.8%.
Lee Hongkwan, CEO of Oneul E&M, stated, "Securing successful references at global venues is an important milestone that proves our unrivaled technological capabilities. We will do our utmost to establish ourselves as a leader in the global antenna market, leveraging our accumulated expertise in the rapidly evolving telecommunications environment."
Meanwhile, Oneul E&M has announced a strategy to accelerate global sales growth by securing references at stadiums and airports, and plans to expand its bidding scope to large venues in Asia and the Middle East, aiming to become a leading company in the global antenna market.
