The community administrator commented, "The man is sitting with his upper body out of the sunroof, and to make matters worse, he is even sticking his legs out of the window, engaging in a reckless and extremely dangerous act." The administrator added, "The road is not a circus, yet he is displaying such thoughtless behavior," expressing disapproval. In the video, a man wearing a baseball cap is seen on a two-way road, enjoying the wind with his upper body out of the sunroof of a moving vehicle and his bare right leg extended out of the window.

When the road changed to an uphill curve, the man finally pulled himself back into the car. The video appears to have been filmed by a vehicle behind the white car. Netizens who watched the footage reacted with comments such as, "He'll end up in a hearse at this rate," "It's unfortunate that the only financial penalty is for not wearing a seatbelt," "Is he trying to get a ticket to the afterlife?" "I've never seen someone stick their legs out before," and "It looks like a scene from a Xi Jinping military parade."

As shown by the passenger in the video, dangerous acts on the road put not only the individual but also the driver at risk of being fined. According to Articles 50 and 39 of the Road Traffic Act, drivers are required to ensure that all passengers in every seat wear seat belts. Additionally, drivers are obligated to take necessary measures, such as properly opening and closing the doors, to prevent anyone in the vehicle from falling out.
