Gyeonggi Tourism Organization to Host "Nepal Gourmet Talk Salon" in Ansan, September 14-28

The Gyeonggi Tourism Organization will host the Nepal Gourmet Talk Salon, a Nepalese food tour, every weekend from September 14 to 28 at the Ansan Wongok-dong Multicultural Food Street.

Ansan Multicultural Food Street is a famous tourist attraction known for its exotic atmosphere that makes visitors feel as if they are abroad. It was selected for the "2025 Gyeonggi Province Hidden Gems Tourism Theme Alley" contest project.

This program has been newly organized by adding local cultural experiences and talks with local experts to the existing gourmet tour format.

The main programs include: ▲ Nepal General Knowledge Quiz and Singing Bowl Experience ▲ Talk Salon covering Nepal travel, cuisine, and culture ▲ Gourmet Salon where participants can try three representative Nepalese dishes.

In particular, the talk concert will feature Sujan Shakya, the Nepalese representative from JTBC's "Non-Summit," and Kim Seomju, a Nepal Himalaya trekking influencer, adding a sense of realism to the event.

The participation fee is 30,000 won per person (special discounted price), which includes the Nepalese traditional five-colored flag "Tarcho," a singing bowl, and all food experience costs.

Participants can register by submitting an online survey via the QR code on the poster (https://buly.kr/3COWvB3).

A representative from the Gyeonggi Tourism Organization stated, "This program was designed to allow people to experience the unique atmosphere of the multicultural food street, as well as the cuisines and cultures of countries from around the world."
