Dong-Eui Institute of Technology (President Kim Youngdo) held the "2025 Nursing Department Job Fair" for fourth-year nursing students at Hwangnyeong Hall on August 22.
This event was organized to provide students with practical employment information and support their career planning by facilitating meetings with local hospitals.
At the job fair, nursing department heads and human resources managers from major hospitals in the Busan area attended to introduce each hospital's recruitment process, desired candidate profiles, and work environments. Students engaged in on-site Q&A sessions with hospital representatives, sharing their concerns about employment and resolving their questions.
Professor Seo Mikyung, who is in charge of nursing employment, said, "I would like to thank the hospital representatives for taking the time to support our students despite the hot weather," adding, "We will continue to expand practical employment support programs that meet the needs of our students."
Kim Yunji, head of the Nursing Department at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology, commented, "This job fair served as an opportunity for students to clarify their career paths as nurses and build confidence," and added, "We will strengthen cooperation with local medical institutions to foster nursing professionals who possess both expertise and character."
Since its establishment in 2009, the Nursing Department at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology has pursued the vision of becoming a "top-level nursing department contributing to the promotion of future human health." It has received five-year accreditation for four consecutive cycles and was selected as an exemplary institution in the educational category for the "2019 Nursing College Clinical Practice Education Support Project" organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
