Second Addition to the Butter Salt Bread Pizza Lineup
Per-Store Pizza Sales Up 15.4%
Mom's Touch announced on September 5 that its pizza brand, Mom's Pizza, has launched a new menu item in its recently introduced "Butter Salt Bread Pizza" lineup: the "Crispy Corn Whole Shrimp Pizza."
The "Crispy Corn Whole Shrimp Pizza" features Mom's Pizza's specially developed "buttermilk salt dough," topped with whole shrimp, grilled corn, and potato chip flakes to enhance both texture and flavor. The addition of Mom's Touch's signature Cajun seasoning and special sauce creates an addictive umami taste. The pizza is priced at 22,900 won for a medium and 27,900 won for a large.
This new menu item is the second offering in the "Butter Salt Bread Pizza" line, following the "Truffle Basil Aligot Pizza," which was launched in July. The "Truffle Basil Aligot Pizza" has received an enthusiastic response for its trendy toppings, including truffle basil pesto and "aligot," a cheesy potato dish from southern France. In fact, since its launch in July, per-store pizza sales increased by 15.4% compared to the same period last year through last month.
Building on the popularity of its existing "Signature Pizza" and "Classic Pizza" lines-such as "Thigh Pizza," "WOW Meat Pizza," and "Combination Pizza"-Mom's Pizza plans to grow the "Butter Salt Bread Pizza" series into another core lineup.
