Over 30 Employees Participate as Recruiters
Goryeo Zinc announced on September 4 that it will conduct "Campus Recruiting" ahead of its 2025 second-half open recruitment for new employees.
Campus Recruiting is a process in which Goryeo Zinc employees visit university campuses in person and act as recruiters, holding job fairs and corporate presentations for university students and job seekers.
Goryeo Zinc will visit 13 campuses in the Seoul metropolitan area and other regions sequentially until the third week of this month to conduct Campus Recruiting. The job fair will be held at 13 locations, while the corporate presentation will take place at 4 campuses. Starting in October, the company plans to begin the official recruitment announcement and launch the full-scale second-half open recruitment for new employees.
More than 30 Goryeo Zinc employees will participate as recruiters in this Campus Recruiting initiative. Not only human resources staff but also employees from various departments will be involved to respond to a wide range of questions.
In addition, Goryeo Zinc employees are actively engaging with university students and job seekers in various ways, such as posting recruitment-related promotional materials on Goryeo Zinc's social media channels and university-specific communities under the name "KZ Supporters."
A Goryeo Zinc representative stated, "Because our employees participated directly as recruiters, we were able to vividly explain the company's vision, organizational culture, and detailed on-site work that university students and job seekers are eager to hear about.
