Based on this agreement, Lotte Duty Free and Korea Kolmar will provide consulting services for entering Lotte Duty Free stores and support the expansion of global sales channels for Korea Kolmar's manufacturing clients. They also plan to support marketing activities such as online and offline promotional events to enhance consumer awareness and increase sales in the future.

In particular, Lotte Duty Free plans to introduce a K-Beauty section at its Myeongdong main store. The store will be designed with a laboratory concept inspired by Korea Kolmar. Cosmetics will be categorized, showcasing signature items from indie brands. The section will also feature brand collaborations and a variety of experiential events.

Recently, Lotte Duty Free has been focusing on increasing customer satisfaction through K-content. For example, at the Gimhae Airport location, it has launched "Busan Sand," an exclusive product developed through a Korea Airports Corporation contest, and operates "Bugi Shop," which offers representative tourist souvenirs from Busan. At the Gimpo Airport location, the company opened "K-Market," featuring more than 10 small and medium-sized enterprise brands, including "Hangul Snack," co-founded by foreign broadcaster Tyler Rasch.

Hyungil Lim, Head of Product Division at Lotte Duty Free, said, "We are very pleased to collaborate with Korea Kolmar to expand the global market for K-Beauty brands," adding, "We will continue to work together and provide support to further enhance the competitiveness of K-brands."
