The faculty members plan to contribute between 10,000 and 50,000 KRW each month for five years, raising a total of 30 million KRW. The purpose of this donation is to spread a culture of small-scale giving within Dong-A University's real estate studies curriculum and to encourage voluntary participation from both current students and alumni, using the funds to further develop the academic program.

President Lee Haewoo stated, "The Graduate School of Real Estate was able to establish itself so quickly thanks to the dedication of Director Kang Jungkyu and the faculty. I am grateful for their support through this development fund donation, and I will actively support the program so it can become a prestigious academic course."

Director Kang Jungkyu responded, "Thanks to the university's full support, recruitment and education for new students are proceeding smoothly. Together with the faculty, we will do our utmost for the continued development of the Graduate School of Real Estate."

Dong-A University is currently recruiting new students for two programs under the banner of "A Leading Institution for Advanced and Specialized Real Estate Practical Education." These include the four-year undergraduate Department of Real Estate Asset Management for adults and the Real Estate Investment Leader Advanced Program, which is focused on practical training. Both programs, led by Professor Kang Jungkyu-the first real estate Ph.D. holder in Korea and the founding director of the Graduate School-offer field-based, practical education including on-site visits.
