On September 2, the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation held the second offline job special lecture for the "Youth Worker Support Plus+ Project" at the Grand Auditorium of the Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) in Gwanggyo, Suwon.
This special lecture was attended by more than 200 young people from the province, including participants of the "Gyeonggi-do Youth Welfare Points" program and those interested in the project. It was organized to strengthen job competencies that can be applied in practical work and to provide emotional support for personal growth.
The speaker was Lee Dongsu, an author and YouTuber known as "Moving Water," who has 260,000 subscribers. Under the theme "Two Options: Choices at a Crossroads and Setting Your Own Standards," he introduced methods for making rational decisions at life's turning points and ways to establish one's own standards.

During the Q&A session following the lecture, participants shared their real-life concerns and actively communicated with the speaker.
Lee Dongsu emphasized, "If even one person genuinely supports the choice you made, that choice is not wrong. When you respect your own decisions first, the opinions of others lose their significance, and you can face your future self with confidence."
Meanwhile, the "Youth Worker Support Plus+ Project" is an integrated support program designed to encourage career development and long-term retention among participants of the Youth Welfare Points program.
