Samsung Bioepis announced on September 3 that President Kim Kyunga has been selected as the recipient in the employer category for the "2025 Vocational Competency Development Merit Award" and received a commendation from the Minister of Employment and Labor.

The Vocational Competency Development Merit Award is a program organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to vocational competency development, such as employers and outstanding skilled technicians. The award ceremony took place at the "2025 Vocational Competency Month Commemoration" held on September 2.
President Kim Kyunga received this commendation in recognition of her efforts to establish a systematic vocational training environment, based on an internal guideline that allocates 20% of work hours to education.
