The Sapa Healthy Lifestyle Support Center of the Changwon Public Health Center in Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, held the "Night Moonlight Gymnastics Class" at the plaza in front of the Changwon FC Soccer Center, receiving an enthusiastic response from local residents.
The program runs a total of 12 sessions, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., from September 2 to September 26, 2025. Under the guidance of a professional gymnastics instructor, it features stretching, strength training, balance walking, and other easy-to-practice exercises that can be incorporated into daily life.
The program is open to residents of the Seongsan-gu area and aims to help them develop regular exercise habits and healthy lifestyles, ultimately preventing and managing chronic diseases.
Additionally, by allowing any resident to participate freely on-site, the program is expected to effectively promote the functions and roles of the Healthy Lifestyle Support Center.
Oh Jaeyeon, Director of the Changwon Public Health Center, stated, "We will continue to expand a variety of enjoyable health programs so that residents can actively participate and we can fully support the healthy lifestyles of our citizens."
