96.2% Employee Satisfaction
The reading platform KT Millie's Library announced on September 3 that, according to its 'corporate client satisfaction survey,' 98.1% of corporate clients expressed their intention to renew their contracts.
In the corporate satisfaction survey conducted to improve services, 94.2% of corporate managers and 96.2% of employees reported being satisfied. Additionally, 98.1% of corporate managers stated that they intend to continue using the service in the future.
This survey highlighted the high actual usage rate of Millie's Library among corporate employees. The perceived usefulness of the service was high, with actual participation among corporate employees reaching 84.6%. Corporate managers indicated that the service adequately met their needs in various areas, including a wide selection of books (73.1%), support for multiple devices (50.0%), the number of bestsellers available and the speed of new book updates (40.4%), and the option for unlimited reading (40.4%).
Millie's Library offers 220,000 reading content titles, providing the largest selection of books in the industry. The platform allows users to read books on multiple devices, including PCs and mobile devices, and offers various types of content such as audiobooks, docent books with commentary, and chatbooks in a chat format. Moreover, through its 'subscription' model, there are no limits on the number of readers, making unlimited reading possible.
In addition, Millie's Library has created an exclusive 'administrator page' for corporate clients, enabling managers to view employees' reading data at a glance. Based on this data, corporate managers can recommend books tailored to their company culture and plan reading programs that reflect their organizational culture.
Park Junghyun, Head of the Subscription Business Division at KT Millie's Library, stated, "The results of this survey are significant as they demonstrate Millie's Library's B2B competitiveness by providing services that satisfy both corporate managers and employees. We will continue to communicate with our corporate clients and make every effort to further enhance our B2B services."
Millie's Library officially entered the B2B (business-to-business) sector in November 2022, starting with Samsung Electronics, and currently has around 200 corporate clients. Major clients include Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Motor Group, LG Electronics, Gangwon Provincial Office of Education, and the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute. In August of this year, the company also published a 'corporate client casebook' featuring interviews with corporate clients about their experiences using the service.
