Gyeonggi Provincial Government will present the selected complexes with a certification plaque for exemplary and cooperative management, as well as a commendation from the Governor. In addition, these complexes will be exempt from planned audits conducted by the province for three years, and the government will request cooperation from cities and counties to prioritize these complexes for future residential environment improvement projects targeting aging multi-family housing.

Hong Ilyoung, Director of the Multi-Family Housing Division at Gyeonggi Provincial Government, stated, "Gyeonggi Province will do its utmost to improve residents' quality of life and foster a vibrant community culture." He added, "Although some complexes were not selected this time, they were still recommended as the top choice by their respective cities and counties, so I hope they take pride in this and actively participate again next year."
