On the 3rd, Gwangju and Jeonnam are expected to be cloudy, with heavy showers forecast in some areas.

According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration, the region will initially be affected by a trough of low pressure, but will gradually come under the influence of the eastern edge of a high-pressure system moving eastward from the northern part of the West Sea. The expected precipitation is between 5 and 40 mm.

Morning lows are forecast to range from 21 to 25 degrees Celsius, while daytime highs are expected to reach between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius. Waves in the coastal waters of the West Sea and South Sea will be around 0.5 meters, and ultrafine dust concentrations will remain at a 'good' level.

An official from the Meteorological Administration stated, "There may be areas with thunder, lightning, and gusty winds," and advised people to pay special attention to facility management, pedestrian safety, and the risk of lightning strikes.
