Available for Inspection Until September 22
Via Online, County Office, or Local Administrative Welfare Centers
Gijang County in Busan (Governor Jung Jongbok) will allow public inspection of the individually assessed official land prices, calculated as of July 1, until September 22, and will accept opinions from landowners and interested parties.
The individually assessed official land prices available for inspection this time include the per-square-meter land prices for 928 parcels that have undergone land movement such as division, merger, or change of land category between January 1 and June 30 of this year.
Inspection can be carried out through the Real Estate Price Notification Service or at the Land Information Division of the Gijang County Office. Landowners and interested parties who have differing opinions after inspection may submit their opinions on the individually assessed official land prices by September 22. Opinions can be submitted online (via the Real Estate Price Notification Service) or in writing to the local township or town administrative welfare center, or to the Land Information Division of the county office.
The county will re-investigate the characteristics of the land and the standard land for parcels with submitted opinions, and after deliberation by the Gijang County Real Estate Price Public Notice Committee, the results will be notified to the submitters. The final decision and official announcement will be made on October 30.
A Gijang County official emphasized, "Since the individually assessed official land price is directly related to the valuable property rights of our residents, we will carry out our work meticulously to enhance fairness and reliability."
