Hollywood actress Chloe Moretz, 28, has tied the knot with her same-sex partner, model Kate Harrison, 34, after six years of dating.
On September 1 (local time), fashion magazine Vogue revealed that Moretz and Harrison held their wedding over the Labor Day weekend and shared scenes from the wedding dress fitting. The couple has been together since 2018 and announced their engagement in January of this year with diamond rings. Moretz stated, "I designed the ring I gave to Harrison as a pair. It features a Victorian-era diamond, carrying the significance of an heirloom."
As a Louis Vuitton ambassador, Moretz personally commissioned her wedding dress from Nicolas Ghesquiere, the women's artistic director at Louis Vuitton. She expressed her gratitude, saying, "Ghesquiere created not only my dress but also Kate's dress and our after-party outfits. It was truly a monumental experience."
Chloe Moretz wore a powder blue dress, while Kate Harrison donned a white wedding gown. In an interview with Vogue, Moretz shared, "We have been together for almost seven years and made vows to each other in a new way." When asked about the moment she most looked forward to in the wedding, she replied, "Just being together," adding, "I hope our story becomes a life-changing opportunity for many people."
