'Dogok Atera' in Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu, constructed by Kumho Construction, recorded an average competition rate of 145.4 to 1.

According to Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home on September 2, the subscription application held on August 29 showed that Dogok Atera had a maximum competition rate of 351 to 1, and an average of 145.4 to 1.

The popularity is attributed to its symbolic status as the 'first Atera in Gangnam' and its advantageous location. This successful subscription is also seen as strengthening the position of the Atera brand in the housing pre-sale market.

Dogok Atera is a complex being developed through a street housing maintenance project at 547-1 Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It will consist of 82 units in total, with two basement levels and seven above-ground floors.
