Charlie, the son of 'golf legend' Tiger Woods, made a hole-in-one at TPC Sawgrass, known as the heart of the PGA Tour in the United States.

On August 31 (local time), during the final round of the Junior Players Championship held at the TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course (par 72) in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, Charlie teed off with a 7-iron on the 3rd hole (par 3, 177 yards), and the ball was sucked straight into the hole. Since the pin was placed at the back of the green, the actual shot distance was 186 yards.

After hitting his tee shot, Charlie watched the ball for a while as it landed, and only realized he had made a hole-in-one when the gallery standing behind the green shouted, "It went in!" and waved their arms. Overjoyed, he celebrated with high-fives with his playing partners. Upon reaching the green, he picked up his ball and shouted "Wow," savoring the moment once again.

Charlie recorded his first-ever hole-in-one last December at the PNC Championship, a family golf event he played in with his father. This time, he made a hole-in-one in front of his mother, Elin Nordegren. On the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) website, Charlie expressed his excitement, saying, "I aimed for the middle of the green with my tee shot, and it went in."

The TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course, which is part of the PGA Tour headquarters, hosts the Players Championship every year-a tournament often called the fifth major and directly organized by the PGA Tour. Tiger Woods has won the Players Championship at this course twice. In this year's event, Charlie finished tied for 31st place with a score of 7-over-par 223. Miles Russell, a teenage golf prodigy from the United States, won the tournament with a score of 9-under-par 207.
