The Daegu Regional Veterans Office's Center for Veterans Support (Director: Kim Jongsul) announced on the 1st that it held a graduation ceremony for the commissioned education program, "Home Appliance (Air Conditioner) Care Master Expert Training Course," on the 29th at the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Homecare Cooperative Homecare Startup Education Technology Institute in Dong-gu, Daegu, with veterans and related officials in attendance.
This program was established to help veterans who have completed mid- to long-term service improve their vocational skills and settle stably into society. Through this training, graduates have acquired qualifications as home appliance care experts, thereby enhancing their competitiveness for employment in related fields.
Graduate Mr. A said, "Through this commissioned education, I have gained expertise and now feel confident about finding a job in the home appliance care sector."
An official from the Daegu Center for Veterans Support stated, "We are conducting various specialized commissioned training programs to support the career transition of veterans who have served for more than five years," and added, "Detailed information on educational support and counseling is available on the Center for Veterans Support website or by phone."
