Korea Investment & Securities to Launch Open Recruitment for New Employees in Second Half of 2025

Korea Investment & Securities announced on September 1, 2025, that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees in the second half of 2025.

The recruitment areas include all business divisions: Private Banker (PB), Investment Banking (IB), Project Financing (PF), Asset Management, Wholesale, Retirement Pension, Research, Business Administration, Risk Management, and IT·Digital. Eligible applicants are those who have already graduated with at least a bachelor's degree or are expected to graduate by February 2026. Applications must be submitted through the Korea Investment & Securities recruitment portal by 5:00 p.m. on October 1. Final candidates will be selected through a job competency assessment, three rounds of interviews, and a hiring medical checkup.

Namgoong Kim, Chairman of Korea Financial Holdings, and Seonghwan Kim, CEO of Korea Investment & Securities, will meet students in person through university recruitment briefings this month. Chairman Kim, who has been attending these recruitment briefings for 23 consecutive years, will visit Seoul National University on September 16 and Korea University on September 23. It is considered unusual in the financial sector for an owner-chairman to personally take the stage at a university to recruit new employees. CEO Kim will attend recruitment briefings at Yonsei University on September 9 and Hanyang University on September 18.

The recruitment briefings are open to all students, including those from other universities. Applicants who attend the briefing will receive additional points in the document screening process.
