Baemin Partners Voice is a communication body established to actively incorporate the voices of the food service industry into Baemin's services and policies. It was created to foster constructive discussions and strong bonds between Baemin and its partner business owners, and to promote the healthy growth of the food service sector together.
The Baemin Partners Voice committee consists of a total of 16 members: four expert committee members from academia, associations, and the food service industry, as well as 12 partner committee members who are Baemin business owners selected through an open application process. The expert committee includes Choi Gyuwan, Professor at Kyung Hee University's College of Hotel and Tourism Management; Kim Samhee, Director of the Korea Foodservice Industry Research Institute at the Korea Foodservice Industry Association; Kwon Junghoon, CEO of NamooYa Company; and Kwon Yongkyu, Head of the Partner Growth Center at Woowa Brothers. The 12 partner committee members were selected from business owners across Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan, Incheon, Gwangju, Chungcheong, and other regions, representing a variety of sectors.
The committee will actively communicate through regular meetings and networking, sharing honest feedback on all aspects of the service and focusing on various agenda items such as ▲new policy and feature improvements ▲enhancing the user environment ▲proposing ideas to support business owners.
This year marks the first operation of Baemin Partners Voice, which will run until January next year. At the conclusion of the term, Baemin plans to comprehensively share the achievements and outcomes generated through the committee's activities. The company intends to operate Baemin Partners Voice regularly in the future, developing it into a sustainable council that consistently listens to voices from the field.

Alongside the launch of Baemin Partners Voice, Baemin is also implementing practical support measures to foster partner growth. First, the company established the Partner Growth Center, a new organization reporting directly to the CEO, to strengthen its ability to gather field opinions and implement necessary policies. The Partner Growth Center is responsible for designing policies related to business owners and incorporating partners' feedback through satisfaction surveys and other means. Since July, Baemin has also been operating the Partner Support Center, a dedicated consultation channel for food service business owners.
Going forward, Baemin plans to assign dedicated personnel to each region to provide consulting and education, and to develop and implement tailored 'pinpoint policies' suited to local conditions. In cooperation with the Korea Foodservice Industry Association, Baemin will further strengthen field-oriented communication by operating digital and artificial intelligence (AI) education, customized consulting, and counseling programs at regional hubs.
CEO Kim stated, "We will repay your love many times over and will continue striving to ensure that the warmth of the trust we have built together never fades."
