The newly launched apartment complex "Jeonju Wanju Daerasu Awesome Bridge," supplied to the Jeonju and Wanju areas of North Jeolla Province, is revitalizing the local real estate market by attracting significant attention from the priority supply registration stage.
Approximately 3,000 people gathered for the priority supply registration held over two days on August 30 and 31. "Daerasu Awesome Bridge" is a complex of six buildings, each with two basement levels and 28 above-ground floors, offering a total of 451 units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters. Located in Samnye-eup, Wanju-gun, North Jeolla Province, it is the first in Wanju to feature a skybridge design.
It is conveniently located near Jeonju Eco City, the Samnye central commercial district, and major expressways. Elementary and middle schools within walking distance further enhance the convenience of daily life.
Additionally, buyers can benefit from an interest-free loan on the interim payment and a guarantee from the Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG), which helps reduce financial burdens and ensures contract stability.

Lee Gunhee, Head of Division at Nuri Industrial Development, the sales agency, stated, "Jeonju Wanju Daerasu Awesome Bridge offers a one-stop living infrastructure for both Wanju and Jeonju. With six buildings and 451 households, it is the first large-scale complex in Wanju to feature a skybridge, a unique aspect of Daerasu Construction. We have prepared specialized floor plans, terrace designs, and individual storage spaces for each unit," adding, "Residents can enjoy a premium lifestyle with differentiated community facilities such as a bridge lounge, hotel-style sauna, indoor golf practice range, and fitness center."

Meanwhile, the official sales launch is scheduled for September 19.
