Yuwon International, a group specializing in Malaysian immigration and investment, announced that it will hold the "2025 Malaysia Immigration & Investment Seminar" from September 20 to 21, 2025, at Room 328, Conference Room (South), COEX, Seoul.
According to Yuwon International, there has been a recent increase in inquiries about MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home), a long-term visa for Malaysia, reflecting a growing demand among those seeking stable overseas residency and investment opportunities. In particular, as more families consider long-term stays, Malaysia is being considered for its balanced advantages in education, lifestyle, and tax benefits.
The seminar will systematically introduce the latest policy changes, approval procedures, and asset requirements for both MM2H and PVIP (Premium Visa Program), as well as common issues and solutions encountered during the application process. In addition, there will be in-depth discussions on the real estate market outlook, rental yields, and conditions for actual residence, focusing on the Johor Bahru area adjacent to Singapore.
Practical information will also be provided, including guidance on admission to international schools, procedures for establishing corporations and starting businesses, and important considerations for settling in Malaysia. The seminar will also offer customized consulting opportunities based on 23 years of accumulated data and experience.
A representative from Yuwon International stated, "Johor Bahru has rapidly increased in investment value recently due to its designation as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and the expansion of transportation infrastructure," adding, "It can be a practical alternative for those seeking to diversify their overseas assets."
The seminar will be held four times in total, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on both days. Pre-registered participants will receive individual consultations and on-site contract benefits. Pre-registration is available online, and further inquiries can be made through the official Yuwon International website or KakaoTalk channel.
