The Korea Industrial Technology Association (Chairman Koo Ja-kyun) announced on August 29 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Seoul Business Agency (CEO Kim Hyunwoo) at the Korea Industrial Technology Association Hall in Yangjae-dong, Seoul, to promote youth employment.

This agreement aims to support the employment of outstanding young digital talents in the era of artificial intelligence. The main components include: support for job matching for graduates of the Youth Employment Academy, operation of education and training programs, and the identification of new areas of cooperation between the two organizations.
Under the agreement, the Seoul Business Agency will connect graduates of the Youth Employment Academy to the Korea Industrial Technology Association’s “RNDJOB (RNDJOB.or.kr)” platform. The Korea Industrial Technology Association will provide comprehensive services, including personalized one-on-one consulting both online and offline, recruitment linkage, and post-employment support, through professional employment consultants.
RNDJOB is a science and engineering talent matching platform operated by the Korea Industrial Technology Association, supporting the recruitment of science and engineering professionals by providing job information, hosting job fairs, and offering various services. The “Youth Employment Academy” is a digital practical training institution operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Business Agency, running 130 training programs across 22 campuses and nurturing about 3,000 talents each year.
Kim Sanggil, Director of the Research Institute Growth Support Division at the Korea Industrial Technology Association, stated, “This agreement has established a cooperative system to expand employment opportunities for young digital talents,” adding, “We will continue to expand tailored support that meets the needs of industry sites and actively support the entry of outstanding talents into companies.”
