Explore the Autumn Charms of Seven Cities Along the Nakdong River
Collect Stamps at Top Destinations and Earn Rewards with Just Your Smartphone
The Nakdong River Council, which consists of seven local governments adjacent to the Nakdong River (Yangsan, Gimhae, Miryang in South Gyeongsang Province, and Buk-gu, Sasang-gu, Gangseo-gu, Saha-gu in Busan), will launch the "Nakdong River Autumn Attraction Stamp Tour" featuring the top autumn tourist destinations in these seven cities, starting September 1.
As part of a joint tourism initiative, the Nakdong River Council has been operating the "Nakdong River Bicycle Path Stamp Tour" since May, with 1,110 participants to date.
In the Bicycle Path Stamp Tour, participants receive one stamp for completing each local government’s section of the Nakdong River bicycle path. Depending on the number of stamps collected, various prizes are awarded, which has encouraged many tourists and cycling enthusiasts to take part despite the hot weather.
This Autumn Attraction Stamp Tour will run from September through November, allowing participants to collect stamps at 14 autumn tourist spots selected by the council.
The selected attractions are: Naewonsa Temple and Hwangsan Park in Yangsan; Nakdong River Rail Park and Daedong Ecological Sports Park in Gimhae; Yeongnamnu Pavilion and Pyochungsa Temple in Miryang; Gamdong Narutgil Riverwalk and Byeongpungam Seokbulsa Temple in Buk-gu, Busan; Samnak Ecological Park and Unsusa Temple in Sasang-gu; Daejeo Ecological Park and Gadeokdo Daehanghang Battery Cave in Gangseo-gu; and Eulsukdo Picnic Plaza and Dadaepo Gouni Ecological Trail in Saha-gu.
Participants can collect one stamp at each tourist destination. Depending on the number of stamps collected, they can apply for gifts worth approximately 10,000 KRW for four stamps, 20,000 KRW for nine stamps, and 30,000 KRW for all fourteen stamps. Gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until the budget is exhausted.
Participation is simple. Download the "INAVI Stamp" app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, then select the "Nakdong River Autumn Attraction Stamp Tour." After visiting the designated verification locations, stamps are automatically collected via the GPS location system.
Yangsan Mayor Na Dongyeon, who serves as chairman of the Nakdong River Council, stated, "This Autumn Attraction Stamp Tour is designed to let visitors enjoy not only the Nakdong River but also the diverse attractions of the seven participating local governments." He added, "We hope for great interest and participation, as the council has prepared a variety of collaborative events starting with this autumn stamp tour."
