The 'Excellent Labor-Management Relations Company Certification' is an award given to organizations and companies that have established cooperative and future-oriented relationships based on mutual respect and trust between labor and management. The selection is based on a comprehensive evaluation of the leadership of labor and management representatives, the maturity of labor-management relations, overall employee satisfaction, and performance.

Daegu Urban Development Corporation has maintained a tradition of 27 consecutive years without labor disputes or strikes, building a stable labor-management relationship. The company received high marks for regularly holding labor-management councils and meetings to gather feedback from the field, operating communication programs to foster understanding between generations, and creating a work environment that supports work-life balance.
