First-Term Lawmakers Named as Chief of Staff and Chief Spokesperson

The People Power Party will finalize key appointments, including the nomination-based Supreme Council member and Secretary-General, within this week.

Park Sunghoon, Chief Spokesperson of the People Power Party, told reporters after the Supreme Council meeting on the 28th, "We aim to announce additional party appointments this week if possible."

Chief Spokesperson Park stated, "We will gather opinions from Supreme Council members and consider various circumstances to make an additional announcement this week if possible," adding, "We will make efforts to announce as early as Sunday."

On this day, the People Power Party retained Assemblyman Park, who served as Chief Spokesperson in the Emergency Response Committee, in the same position and additionally appointed Assemblywoman Choi Boyoon. Both Chief Spokespersons are first-term lawmakers. The previous day, Leader Jang also appointed first-term Assemblyman Park Juntae as Chief of Staff.
